Health & Safety
In addition to providing cost effective, quality installations CDS is committed to maintaining high health and safety and environmental standards.
CDS’s main aim is to ensure all employees and visitors to our worksites get home safely every night. This is down to CDS’s robust H&S systems, training and review processes in place to manage H&S from the top down and bottom up. CDS employs a full time H&S manager to but everybody in CDS from the directors to the site staff is responsible for managing H&S onsite.
Our policies are in line with the most recent standards best practice and guidelines set out from government organisations. CDS has also embraced the new HSAWA and is continually striving for zero harm worksites.
Winning the Department of Labour audited, Category A Health and Safety Award 2011 (Auckland Contractors AGM) exemplifies our commitment to health and safety.
