This Watercare contract involved the upgrading of the wastewater network in 9 separate areas in the Howick and Pakuranga area in Auckland.

HDD installation for the Kahika Rising Main Replacement and Diversion

CDS completed the HDD installations for the Okahu Bay Stormwater Separation project for CB Civil & Drainage and their client Auckland Council

The Redhills project involved approximately 300m of 450mm diameter, 1km of 400mm diameter, 210m of 710mm diameter, 560m of 355mm diameter and two stream crossings of 630mm diameter and 560mm diameter polyethylene (PE) pipe

The Lawsons Creek Branch Sewer Early Works were a critical installation done for Watercare Services Limited and their main contractor Pipeline & Civil Limited

CDS installed over 1km of 560mm OD PE pipe and over 1km of 630mm OD PE pipe using CDS Maxi Rig and DitchWitch® JT100 Rig

The Takitimu Street Stormwater Upgrade was a Auckland Council project undertaken by CDS New Zealand Ltd. This project was commissioned by the council to increase the stormwater capacity and facilitate further development in the catchment.

CDS installed in excess of 1.5km of DN 475 PVC pipe for this project, at depths exceeding 6m.

This project involved installing 100m of 250mm PE pipe inside an existing reinforced concrete pipe and PE pipe using pipe bursting and slip lining technologies

This project involved installing 850m of wastewater rising main and a pump station.

CDS Installed 3.5km of 400mm to 630mm pipeline

CDS installed 680m of 315mm PE pipe via slip lining

For this project CDS installed approximately 3,000m of 800mm OD PE pipe in liquefied sands in Christchurch.

CDS were contracted to install a single length 115m of 350mmØ gravity sewer to a grade of 0.3%.

CDS successfully completed a stormwater outlet drill shot, installation of 200m of 630mm OD PE pipe down the middle of a busy St Heliers Road

CDS completed the William Souter project for Auckland Council
